Terms and Conditions

We provide legal advice and services for companies in Slovenia, including company incorporation, tax advisory, contract preparation and intellectual property protection.

Clients undertake to provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery. They also commit to timely payment of agreed fees.

Our liability is limited to direct damage resulting from our negligence. We are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit.

The contract may terminate by mutual agreement of the parties, and termination is possible with a 30-day notice period.
